The course will equip delegates to effectively conduct basic incident investigation in the work place based on OHS Act requirements. The course is customised for the different Industries to include Industry Specific Quality Standards

Any individual in the work environment who is tasked to do basic incident investigation of heath, safety and environmental related incidents

Application based Portfolio of Evidence

The portfolio of evidence includes a practical implementation of incident investigation and development of an incident report.
