The skills programme serves as a basic introduction to the management including recruitment, selection, placement and performance management principles. . It serves to provide delegates on different levels in an organisation with the fundamental understanding of the management of human resources in the business

Who should Attend

Any individual in business who currently  perform a leadership function or has the potential to perform a leadership position, from managers, managers of functions, supervisors, team leaders managers of own  area of responsibility and management of clients. If your role requires either an understanding or implementation of basic human resource management principles this course is aimed at you!!!

Application based Portfolio of Evidence

The portfolio of evidence include a basic research report on the human resource management principles in your business. It will be required of you to utilise your insight and understanding gained from the course to  both apply and bring innovation and growth to your own management of the human resources.

Credits on the NQF

Delegates can attend this course as a separate credit bearing skills programme or as a part of  the Management level 4 qualification.
