Overview

The skills programme serves as a basic introduction to business strategy, strategic planning and business design principles.. It serves to provide delegates on different levels in an organisation with the fundamental understanding of strategic management in business

Who should Attend

Any individual in business who currently  perform a leadership function or has the potential to perform a leadership position, from managers, managers of functions, supervisors, team leaders managers of own  area of responsibility and management of clients. If your role requires either an understaning or implementation of strategic principles this course is aimed at you!!!

Application based Portfolio of Evidence

The portfolio of evidence include a basic research report on the business strategy and objectives, utilising your insight and understanding gained from the course to  bring innovation and growth in your own and the team’s role in and interpretation of business strategy

Credits on the NQF

Delegates can attend this course as a separate credit bearing skills programme or as a part of  the Management level 4 qualification.
