Dynamic Intra-Change agents is the well-known SIMS Khula flagship programme on the principles of self- management, emotional Intelligence and stress management.

The programme methodology is based on a non- threatening highly interactive fun- based process in whic internalisation of the principles and models that underpins behaviour changes in individuals is based.

The programme includes well-known and thoroughly researched principles developed by Elizabeth Kubler Ross, Victor Frankl, Dr Susan Jeffers, Kiessler, S. Tearle, Gary Zukav, William Goldberg and Charoux.
